Registration Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. This e-mail will include the package you have selected, the amount you have paid, and serve as your receipt for the conference. Please bring this to the onsite check-in desk the first day of the event.

A more comprehensive e-mail message will be sent closer to the conference start date. It will include information about onsite check-in, agenda updates, and more.

Onsite check-in will open the morning of Monday, May 5, 2008. Exact times and location within the Westin Chicago River North will be announced with the follow-up e-mail message.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises, we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide a better product for our attendees.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Early Bird Deadline

We encourage early registrations and will even discount the package you choose if you sign-up by this date. Our conferences do sell out, and registering by the Early Bird deadline helps secure your spot. The Super Early Bird deadline for Web Design World Chicago has been extended to March 14, 2008. The Early Bird deadline for Web Design World Chicago is April 9, 2008.

Transfers & Cancellation

Your conference registration may be transferred to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline: April 9, 2008. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline, as well as "no-shows," are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by Redmond Media Group, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with the hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Special Requirements

If you foresee any special requirements while attending Web Design World (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 800-280-6218 (or 541-346-3537) at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Web Design World, Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Conference Attendee Networking List

Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information about a week before the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Chicago.

The Conference Attendee Networking Forum list may not be used for solicitation, marketing, or recruiting purposes; it may not be used as a directory or incorporated into any other list, directory, or database. This list may not be published or copied for any other individual or organization. Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. will take action against those found in violation of this policy.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Web Design World. Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. will record portions of the conference programs, and audio clips will be available on the Virtual Conference Web site.
